We stand behind the quality of our work. All labor is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Materials and equipment installed carry manufacturer warranties, which we will assist in claiming if necessary. Any warranty claims must be reported promptly to ensure proper resolution.
While we take every precaution to perform our work safely and professionally, Davaku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
Customers may cancel scheduled appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. Emergency calls cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled arrival time may incur the full estimated service charge.
All electrical work performed by Davaku complies with the current edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and all applicable UK building regulations. Where required, we will issue appropriate certification including Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificates or Electrical Installation Certificates.
If we discover unsafe electrical conditions during our work, we are obligated to inform you and may need to cease work until safety issues are addressed.
